All you need to know about me: I am passionate about people! 

I am an Art Therapy practitioner, a student in Counselling Psychology and a student in life too! I teach holistic practices and mindfulness strategies to nurture a strong foundation as you embark on your own journey. I am not a doctor, and I am not here to fix you. However, I can give you the tools you need when you are ready for change and I can create a therapeutic atmosphere for you to make the magic happen!
